About Siddashram

That I have a vivacious nature and high energy since my young ages, I took part in artistic gymnastics competitions starting in 14-15 ages, I performed acrobatics parachuting and coaching, gliding, and I participated in dance competitions. Then, after taking pantomime training from the deceased Oğuz Aral when I was studying painting in İstanbul State Academy of Fine Arts, and taking part in shows and advertorial films being among the first models of Vakko; I continued sports everywhere I went during my adventurous life in various world countries.

After becoming an aerobics tutor in New York YMCA, my knees were injured and my inner voice told me to start yoga. Meanwhile, I was performing Thi Chi Chuan China Yoga. When I was teaching yoga in Club Patara Houses, Kalkan, I understood that yoga studies were to be taught strictly.

I started out for India and Far East Countries to search for my masters for spiritual development of this training; and I had the chance to get lessons from the teachers, masters, healers, and gurus who fell to my share. During this Far Eastern life of mine, I spent six months in India, four months in Kalkan Patara Houses, and two months in the USA every year, for a period of ten years. In 1996, I took heed of the voice of my consciousness to start yoga mission in İstanbul. For two years, seven days a week, 4-5 hours a day, I gave yoga lessons in and out of İstanbul, yielded spreading of yoga, so that SIDDASHRAM arose.

It is the place where Ashram Guru lived and taught disciplines. The word Siddashram is known as the metaphysical paradise where enlightened gurus go after leaving their bodies. The word Sidd comes from Buda’s name Siddhartha, the word Viho comes from the name of a Du Souix Indian spiritual chief, so the middle name is formed. Mt objective in Siddashram, before all else, is to serve humanity. Also to share my experience with the ones who want to improve themselves to learn Classis Spiritual Yoga, and the ones who set off to understand the essence of life.
