Lourdes Julian Doplito Çabuk, married to Yogi Adnan Ananda Siddviho Çabuk, has seven grandchildren from four children who are all married . Lourdes Çabuk was born in 1950 in the Philippines and graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology 1970 and has attended post graduate studies on Accounting and Business administration 1972. She worked at a Clinical laboratory as a Pathologist for two years. After which, the difficulty of childbearing, taking care of a small child and more so the thought of health risks she may bring home from work due to the nature of her job she decided to change careers & made her quit her job.
Her interest include arts, beauty and anti aging systems, Holistic and Spiritual systems of Health and Yoga. In the 1980’s, she learned the system of Yoga and Crystal Healing and was trained by Master “Osho” Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh’s disciple Dr. Rolando Carbonell, a famous writer, mystic and Philosopher who was then famous in Philippines during those days.
1970s until the 1990s, she owned a flower shop and a boutique and simultaneously worked as a decorator and interior designer at her hometown in Manila Philippines. Her Flower Shop and expertise were experienced by the elites of her hometown including and majority of her works were towards the decorating services for the Palace, Homes, Conferences Bldgs of the Philippine President of her country during those days.
1990 Moved to Los Angeles , New York City and then to Orlando, Florida shuffling her decorating jobs skills as well as a florist, simultaneously she worked at high-end Women’s boutiques and Jewelry Store, from where she enhanced her knowledge on a different avenue of a Fashion Coordinator dressing up the elites on their special events and last but not the least, her Jewelry Store Employer sent her for studies on Precious and Semiprecious Stones.
Amidst all these daily work experiences she also delved into Yoga and it’s practices especially on Hatha, Kundalini, and Kriya yoga, under the supervision of Yoga Master Adnan “Ananda” Siddviho Çabuk. At his suggestion, to enhance her knowledge on Physical health she studied topics like “Natural Beauty through the Delay of the the Aging Process”, Good diet and nutrition, Healthy Cooking according to personal dietary needs, etc. This developed into her “Beauty Yoga” program. Since 1997 to the present she shares her knowledge about Hatha and Kriya yoga, as well as teaching her “Beauty Yoga ” program, at the Siddashram Yoga Center in Istanbul, Turkey.
Lourdes Çabuk is a known author and celebrity in Turkey and has written two books which are now sold all over Turkey, Germany, USA and Canada.
Her Turkish version of Beauty Yoga is on the 13th edition while the German edition on the 4th and the English version on the 2nd editions.
Lourdes Cabuk continues to share her knowledge through teaching and through the media like televisions and magazines. She is assisting Yogi Adnan Ananda Siddviho Çabuk at the Siddashram Yoga Center in Turkey.
